Expression of Interest

Conditions

Readings Online will accommodate as many subjects as possible. Across such a large University there will be a need for a staged implementation. Requests to use the service will be dealt with according to the following criteria:

  • Timeliness - Priority will be given to subjects where citation information is provided 8 weeks in advance of the start of semester.
  • Student numbers - Priority will be given to subjects where the largest number of students will benefit.
  • Accurate information provided - Accurate citation information will be required in electronic form. Inaccurate information will lead to delays in processing.
  • Availability of items requested - Difficult to locate items will delay the processing of requests.
  • Number of items requested - A large number of items in a request generally means a greater processing time, especially if this also includes items that are difficult to locate.
